About Us

The BCO-DMO is a combination of the formerly independent Data Management Offices formed in support of the US JGOFS and US GLOBEC programs. The BCO-DMO staff are the curators of the data collections created by those respective programs, as well as several others from mid-sized oceanographic research programs and projects, and we work with individual investigators funded by the NSF OCE Biology and Chemistry sections.

The office is located at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, in Woods Hole, MA, USA.
