Description

Larval genotype data for each of the 14 broods (C1- C22) used for the paternity analyses. The mother's genotype is the first row of each brood's dataset. Each subsequent row (emb1-embX) is the genotype of each embryo sampled for that brood. Pole1-Pole44 are the microsatellite markers used.
