Arango et al. (2018) and Pyle et al. (2018) used closed-circuit rebreather technology to access reefs and used hand nets to collect specimens. Wilcox et al. (2018) and Tenggardjaja et al. (2018) used conventional SCUBA to capture specimens with hand nets and pole spears.
