Instrument: Isotope-ratio Mass Spectrometer
The Isotope-ratio Mass Spectrometer is a particular type of mass spectrometer used to measure the relative abundance of isotopes in a given sample (e.g. VG Prism II Isotope Ratio Mass-Spectrometer).
The N and O isotope ratios of the N2O gas were analysed using a Delta V Advantage continuous flow isotope ratio mass spectrometer interfaced with an online N2O extraction and purification system.
