Description

To serve this dataset on BCO-DMO, the original Excel multi-tiered table had to be extensively re-formatted. Access the originally formatted Excel sheet.

Methods & Sampling

Viability determined with CellTracker Green CMFDA (Life Technologies); specimens >63 µm. Experimental conditions inside Biospherix C-chambers were controlled with Biospherix ProO2 and ProCO2 sensors and controllers. These Biospherix systems have 2% precision.
