Abstract

Matrix of taxon (columns) by sample (rows) for sediment push cores collected by HOV Alvin during R/V Atlantis cruise AT37-13 and AT42-03 in the Pacific margin of Costa Rica from May to June 2017, and October to November 2018 respectively.

Push core samples collected using HOV Alvin. Core diameter of 6.4 cm, 0-10 cm sediment fraction analysed. Counts of macrofaunal taxa retained on a 300 um sieve presented. Specimens preserved in 8% formalin prior to identification.
