Abstract

This dataset consists of EcoPart outputs from UVP5 samples of particles and plankton from 0 to 6000 m on CTD casts. This dataset includes large particulate matter concentration, biovolume, and sized distribution generated by ZooProcess software. The goal of this data was to assess high-resolution vertical distribution of particles and plankton in the global oceans in relation to other parameters collected through the US GO-SHIP program.
