Abstract

This dataset contains calibrated, full water-column dissolved oxygen time series collected at the Ocean Observations Initiative (OOI) Global Irminger Sea Array (59.97°N, 39.51°W) from September 2014 to July 2022 from profiling and fixed-depth assets. Optodes on the wire-following profilers (WFP) were calibrated using the “deep isotherm approach”, which assumes that oxygen remains stable on a deep isotherm over time.
